REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We make our refund and cancellation policy for donations collected for a social cause on the payment gateway available as follows:

  • Any donor who makes an online donation through the online payment gateway will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation of the amount donated. A gift for a good cause cannot be refunded to the donor


INDEMNITY:

  • The User unilaterally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Foundation, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of http://www.prideharmonyfoundation.com/ or their breach of the terms.

  • The parties shall be released from their respective obligations in the event of natural calamities, national emergency, war, prohibitive governmental regulation or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the parties. However, the parties shall pay the amounts due.

  • Any notice required to be given or otherwise given pursuant to this Agreement by the parties concerned, shall be in writing and shall be sent through email, or hand delivered, mailed by express mail, Government postal service, or sent by recognized courier service to the address mentioned in the website in case of Pride Harmony Foundation and to the address provided by the user. Pride Harmony Foundation may also provide notices to users by simply posting the notice on the website.
